IP-Config is delighted to announce their latest client, successful start-up Airborne Networks. HQ’d in Exeter in the UK, Airborne Networks have developed and patented the self-powered Structured Mesh architecture designed to help make 4G mobile networks a reality.
Increasing demand for “Always On” mobile device connections available anywhere and at low cost to the user, is placing increasing demands on wireless networks to enhance their coverage and data capacity. Providing this enhanced coverage and capacity with standard cellular architecture is expensive and inflexible.

There has been substantial media coverage recently surrounding renewable energy. This has been sparked by the 2020 government targets to help reduce CO2 emissions.
With much current focus on energy saving and carbon emissions it is no surprise that the Innovation team at IP-Config are preparing to support the development of tests and deployment for new green technologies. Focused around solar, magnetic and electron acceleration projects, IP-Config seek to launch a funded programme of testing and development in 2010. Watch this space for news!

The Northumberland , Trafalgar Square, London – Hamilton Boyd – London’s No 1 most central new venue – Launching November 2009
The Northumberland is a multi-million pound venue and catering project, the brainchild of Charles Boyd. Drawing on his years of experience as chief executive of Chester Boyd (the catering and event planning service for exclusive London-based venues), Charles Boyd is set to launch his new business venture at Northumberland House, near Trafalgar Square before the end of the year.
Hamilton Boyd will provide the catering and venue services for this magnificent historical venue, which comprises a richly ornamental Italian Ballroom, Old Billiards Room, Jacques Bar and Boyd’s Brasserie. The bar and brasserie will be open to the public this November.

Heal Farm is a family owned business located in the heart of Devon. Since the mid-seventies they have been helping to secure the future of rare breeds by pioneering the return to traditional meat production. Today they are successfully producing some of the finest tasting award winning beef, pork and poultry from old fashioned breeds, raised using traditional farming methods.
Mrs Anne Petch said: “Since we began working with IP-Config we’ve seen a real boost to our business. They have helped us to innovate and plan a way forward and deliver a successful turn around plan. Peter Stevens a former City of London banker, and his father Tony a veteran of the car industry, have developed not one but two environmentally electric vehicles.
With zero emissions the ZeCar® can comfortably carry up to five people, will go up to 56 mph and costs about 2p a mile to run. Equally nippy and mobile, the ZeVan® has been designed along the same lines but with commercial drivers in mind can carry a pay load of up to 450kg.

One of Connexica’s latest projects involves BT’s Flu Line where their software’s ability to index, retrieve and analyse data is being used to rapidly connect patients with local support services based upon accurate and up-to-date information.
